Our Founder's Story
"Vital Garden Supply was born in 2006 in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Northern California. My vision was to create an all-organic farm and garden product line that people can trust, that is clean, safe, simple, and good for the planet.
Through collaboration with the best and brightest in the industry, we have created a product line that is second to none. Incorporating organic nutrients, beneficial microbes, and compost tea was a new concept to most farmers and gardeners. Through workshops and word-of-mouth, a grassroots movement built momentum. We are proud to have been some of the pioneers who led to a worldwide initiative to help regenerate Planet Earth. Our team and our products are here to help build a more sustainable future with plants, trees, and soil so our children and their children can reap the benefits of a clean and thriving ecosystem." - Brian Malin
